All orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on product type, with standard items typically shipped within a few business days and custom or 3D printed items requiring additional production time prior to shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer, and N&N Tech Geeks LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping provider. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, additional fees, or returned shipments, for which the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases where an error is directly caused by us. In the event that a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees before resending the item.
