All orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or service limitations. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, including 3D printed and personalized items, all such sales are considered final once production has begun, and minor variations or imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process are to be expected and accepted by the customer; furthermore, customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any designs, files, or requests submitted do not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. By submitting any device for repair, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential data loss, hardware failure, or unforeseen complications, and you agree that it is your responsibility to back up all data prior to service, as N&N Tech Geeks LLC is not liable for loss of data, pre-existing damage, or issues that arise during the repair process; additionally, devices not retrieved within a reasonable timeframe may be considered abandoned. Refunds and returns are handled at our discretion, with most custom, used, or service-based transactions being non-refundable, and any approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, while shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless an error was caused by us. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once items have been handed over for delivery, and customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any unlawful activities, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations. All content, branding, and materials associated with N&N Tech Geeks LLC remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.
